3.1 Drying is assessed in accordance with workplace procedures and, where applicable, ensuring timing, temperature and conditions are appropriate for the operation 3.2 Unloading or removal from equipment and rack or area is assessed using correct OHS practices 3.3 Hides, skins or leather are directed to correct area for next process or storage |
4 Maintain records |
